Ari is an AI assistant for app store optimization inside the AppDrift workspace. It combines a conversation with your selected app’s saved listing, tracked keywords and monitoring rules. For tasks that need an editor, a review or store access, Ari points you to the right workflow.

New accounts open in Chat. Ari asks what you want to do first and opens app setup inside the conversation: search for your app by name, paste its App Store or Google Play link, or enter the details of an app that has not launched yet. No store credentials are needed. When the store finds your app, AppDrift starts tracking up to five starter keywords.

Ask Ari about plans, token costs, store connections or any AppDrift tool. Answers come from AppDrift’s published product facts and your own workspace, and Ari says when it is not sure.

Ari is the AI assistant inside AppDrift Chat. Describe a task, use saved app context to discuss listing priorities, prepare screenshot campaigns, or review an alert rule. Ari also links you to the existing workspace tools for the next step.

Can I use Ari today?

Yes, with an active paid Indie or Studio subscription (existing Basic and Pro plans keep Ari). Indie includes 300 Ari messages per calendar month and Studio 750; existing Basic plans 100. Free accounts, unpaid trials and token packs do not unlock Ari. Find Ari in your workspace navigation.

How is Ari different from a general AI chat?

For a selected app, Ari can use AppDrift’s saved listing observation, tracked keyword positions and monitoring rules. It connects the conversation to existing tools and guided forms. The information is saved evidence, not a live search of every app store or a source of search-volume estimates.

Can Ari create App Store and Google Play screenshots?

Ari guides you through choosing a template or an AI campaign, then adding your real app captures. The result opens in AppDrift’s editable screenshot workflow. Your app UI remains an uploaded image; review the captions, layout and export sizes before using the campaign.

Will Ari publish changes or enable alerts automatically?

No. You review and save an alert rule explicitly. Listing work continues in the relevant tool, and supported store sending is a separate action with its own access and credential requirements. A chat reply does not publish a listing.

How do Ari messages work?

Ari messages are included in your paid plan, separate from AI tokens. Indie includes 300 messages/month (up to 40/day) and Studio 750 (75/day); existing Basic plans 100 (20/day) and Pro 300 (40/day). The allowance is shared across your workspace, resets on the 1st at midnight UTC even on annual plans, and does not roll over. Submitted attempts, including refused or failed replies, count; reopening a completed reply does not. Wait 10 seconds between messages. Token packs do not add Ari messages. Generation, translation and other AI workflows keep their separate token costs.
