Where it fits

A starting point for your app

A notes, voice-recording or productivity app with a clear capture-to-action workflow. The enlarged cards help explain what changes between recording an idea and using it. Only keep AI summary wording if your own app provides that feature.

What you can change

Campaign layers and the images inside them have different editing controls.

Edit directly

  • Campaign headings, transcript and summary cards, task labels
  • Waveform bars, checkboxes, background shapes and colors
  • Phone position, scale, rotation and 2D/3D presentation

Replace as images

  • Three fictional notes-app interface images
  • Independent acrylic and handheld scene photographs

Text inside a supplied app screenshot or background is part of that image. Upload a new capture to change it; campaign text remains separately editable.

The sample uses iPhone 16 Pro mockups on a 1,284 × 2,778 px master canvas. The phone model and export size are separate choices. For another supported device layout, review the crop, caption wrapping and phone placement on every screen.

Give each screenshot a job

Use this sequence as a guide, then adapt it to what your app actually does.

  1. Introduce the workspace

The opening pairs a large notes overview with a cobalt acrylic scene. Replace the home screen and category labels, then explain the kind of ideas your app helps people keep.

  2. Show capture and transcript

The waveform and transcript cards make the recording workflow readable outside the phone. Edit the native waveform bars and campaign text; replace the in-phone screen separately.

  3. Make the summary readable

One oversized summary card carries the point of the note. Rewrite it using a real example from your app, and keep the smaller phone view consistent with that same note.

  4. Show the app in use

The existing handheld photograph gives recording a different composition. It stays a separate background image; your app capture and campaign caption can change without replacing the photograph.

  5. End with a next step

Two editable checklist rows turn the same note into actions. Use tasks your app can actually create, and replace the separate summary phone with the matching result.

Before you start

An account with Pro collection access is required. Indie offers an optional 7-day trial for eligible first-time subscribers; Studio starts paid. Review the price and renewal terms before subscribing. Manual editing and screenshot exports use no AI tokens and have no watermark. AI tools and store publishing have separate requirements.

Work in the desktop editor. Exporting downloads the files; it does not publish a store listing.
